This is a train walk principally although it is possible to drive straight to the start point.
The walk starts at Llantwit Major station at 10:20 or soon as possible afterwards.
There is a coffee stop at Colhuw beach where there is a cafe and toilet facilities.
The walk then continues back to Llantwit Major and the further inland to the village of Llanmaes. The walk then returns to Llantwit Major railway station.
The train leaves Cardiff Central at 9:38.
The train also stops at Caerphilly 9:18, Lisvane 9:23, Llanishen 9:25, Heath High Level 9:28 and Cardiff Queen St 9:34
Walkers need to carry In Case of Emergency information – this might be on a card, key fob or on their smartphone.
