We are the East Cheshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
An easy, flat walk with a few stiles. 5.5 miles.
Starting from the parking area at Redesmere, past the sailing club and over the main road to Capesthorne grounds. Past The Kennels on Mill Lane towards Mill Wood, Astle Farm, Brook House, along the road to Blake House Farm, through Siddington and back to Redesmere where, hopefully, the Granelli’s van will be waiting to serve up the best ice-cream in Cheshire!
There could possible be some muddy areas, depending on the weather.
There may be cows on the Capesthorne estate.
Please bring a drink / snack and your ICE card.
