Overview

Start from Paddington Station; meet by the Brunel Statue between platforms 8 and 9 (Map EX 173).  We follow the Grand Union Canal for a short distance to reach Little Venice.  Then we walk beside the Regent's Canal to Regent's Park and walk through the park, to finish at Baker Street Underground Station.  Lunch at the end of the walk at the Metropolitan Bar.  An easy flat walk on good paths.
