Overview

This undulating walk takes in the woods and scenic hills of the Ashridge estate, with views over Aldbury Nowers and the Aylesbury vale. We will follow both lesser-known and well trodden paths via Aldbury Common to the chalk grassland of Clipper Down and on to Steps Hill and Ivinghoe Beacon, returning via The Coombe.

Dogs are welcome but must be kept on leads in some places. The walk may be shortened if the weather is exceptionally hot.
