Overview

To book a place on the walk PLEASE TEXT PHILIP on 07598 956976 giving your name and mobile phone number. 

A green rural walk around the outskirts of Wheathampstead,  walking in the amazing Roman history of Wheathampstead.  Please bring along a drink and prepare for mud!  There is the possibility of a pub/cafe at lunchtime.

Meet in the public car park, East Lane, Wheathampstead, AL4 8SB where the parking is free. The car park is further along the road than the car park for The Bull public house.

Participants on this walk need to have suitable footwear and equipment and be able to walk the distance and terrain so please consider this before booking. If you are unsure then please contact the walk leader before booking to ascertain whether this walk is suitable for you.

The leader has set a limit of 20 walkers and requires you to book. 

If your plans change please let the leader know in case there is a waiting list. Your details will be used solely for the purpose of the walk and will then be destroyed.
