At the bealach turn left.

Ascend West Kip - 551 metres -"airy" at the summit and requires care due to uneven ground

After descent - ascend  East Kip (534 metres) this one is easier!

Path "roller-coasts” along the ridge to summit of Scald Law - which at 579 metres is the highest point of the Pentland Hills Range.

Down Old Kirk Road to The Howe - then through Green Cleugh to Bavelaw Castle and back down to car park.
