Overview

10 mile Seaford circular. Start at Martello tower Seaford 10.30, ascent to Seaford head along to cuckmere haven, along river to Seven Sisters centre (cafe/toilets) ascent to friston forest through to Westdean village, woodland across to litlington river bank views of white horse back along river, ascent to south hill barn back to Seaford. Parking free Seaford beach or train/bus to Seaford. Please wear sturdy boots, may be quite muddy and check website day before in case heavy rain forecast
