Overview

This walk will take us up Seaford Head past Hope Gap to Cuckmere Haven. From there we will walk along the river to Exeat before returning along the Vanguard Way via Chyngton Farm and South Hill Barn to the seafront.

Free parking is available along the seafront. The Martello tower is 15 minutes walk from Seaford station and 12A bus stop. Refreshments are available at the end of the walk at Seaford Yacht Club (a 5 minute drive along the seafront from the Martello Tower).
