Overview

Dog friendly walk exploring Bath's seven beautiful Georgian crescents covering both the more famous landmarks and those hidden and lesser known crescents. Starting from The Forum building in the city centre heading alongside the river towards Green Park station and then Norfolk Crescent. Continuing up through Victoria Park to the Royal Crescent and then climbing up through the disused golf course to the smaller Cavendish and Somerset Place Crescents. From here onto the splendid Lansdown Crescent and a short step to the Camden Crescent. Heading back down hill to Hedgemead Park and onto Sydney Gardens to get onto the Canal path. Continuing along the canal path to Widcombe Locks and climbing up to Widcombe Crescent. Finally heading back through Lyncombe down to the river and finishing at Bath Spa Station.

Circular walk with several steady ascents and descents, good footpaths/pavements. Couple of minor roads to manage. Please bring light refreshments and drink and wear suitable footwear.
