We head NE via Hathersage Church to visit the grave of Little John. Onwards and upwards to the first hall of Moorseats, upwards again onto Carhead Rocks and to the end before turning west and descending to visit North Leese the second hall. Then onwards to Green's House after which we follow HurstClough Lane on field paths before crossing the golf course on a right of way to Salters Lane to pass Bamford Station and onto Mythm road. We walk along the main road to cross it onto Shatton Lane where the third hall, The Homestead, is situated. We then have a very strenuous climb on a hard track (green lane) where scramble bikes can be seen and we pass Old Leese Farm driveway towards a right-hand bend where we enter Offerton Moor and onto the fourth hall of Offerton. Staying on the road we head south-east between Callow and Dunge woods, and onto Highlow Hall - the fifth hall. Heading south and down to a bridge over Highlow brook we turn east to Torr Farm and to the final hall of Hazelford that stands on a bend. From here the way is on footpaths back to Hathersage. There are only six halls to be seen, so it is not a misprint.
