A car ramble through an area we don't often get to passing one hell of a farm. A mix of moorland, forest tracks and open country with good views. On good paths and some quiet roads. One steep and a couple of moderate climbs.
Route: TPT car park at Dunford Bridge (free), Winscar reservoir, Harden, Hades (Hell), Elysium (Heavenly Fields), White Gate, Cartworth Moor, Snittlegate, Harden, Dunford Bridge.
No dogs please.
Meet at Middlewood Park & Ride (free) at 9:30 to leave at 9:45. Take the Yellow line tram at 8:59 from the Cathedral or there is a 57 bus from Flat Street at 8:57.
Car drivers - Avoid the Hillsborough bus/tram gate. It is not open for cars at this time.

The postcode for Dunford Bridge may not work on a satnav but keying in 'Dunford Bridge' should be OK. To avoid crossing Woodhead traffic go straight across on the A616 at the Flouch roundabout then left after the old rail bridge to Dunford Bridge. Ring me if you need more details or info re. satnav settings etc.
