Meon Ramblers welcome people of all ages. Our weekly walks explore the varied countryside and coast of Hampshire and West Sussex.
Follow the Monarchs Way (MW), NW to West Dean Church, cross the A286 follow the path NW to Lodge Hill Farm and Hylter's Lane. Then south to Bricklin Cottages, cross the B2141 following the MW until just south of Blackbush House. Then head SE towards Dean Barn Cottages and Binderton Lane, crossing the B2141 again. Continue SE to Binderton House then head easterly along the West Sussex Literary Trail climbing back to the car park.
This is an undulating walk with a couple of long steady inclines. A variety of paths tracks and no road walking and no stiles. On a good clear day there will be great views. Bring a packed lunch and hot drink.
The car park, St Roches Hill viewpoint is located south of Singleton at the end of Town Lane, close to the Rubbing House
