Overview

Starting from Sirhowy Country Park through woods and along Sirhowy river then past Nant-y-draenog reservoir to Mynydd y Lan and return through woodlands to the Country Park.

Walk will be done at a moderate pace

There are two tricky stiles; one with no cross step to stand on and with nettles around and one that is quite narrow.
