Overview

“Oh come all ye Faithful Ramblers & join us on a local walk to view our visiting Festive Snowmen and some of the surrounding area.  A collection of impressive Snowman Sculptures depicting The Twelve Days of Christmas at various locations around Staines.  Meet 10am outside the Wheatsheaf & Pigeon pub at the corner of Wheatsheaf Lane & Penton Road Staines. Suggest local roadside parking further along Penton Road from pub or nearby Avondale Avenue.  This is mostly an urban trail which includes some off road walking, parks and riverside.  A possibility of a few muddy areas during some of the walk if recent heavy rainfall.  We will be having a morning drinks stop at The George in Staines on route.

Please let either myself or Linda know if you would like to join us by 7pm the evening before.
