This walk takes in parts of The Wayfarers' Way, Meon Valley Trail and The Allen King Way. After a short climb at the start, it is a relatively easy walk over farmland, woodland and along bridleways. There are a few inclines and several stiles. There will be a small amount of road walking although not too busy.
Please contact the leader as we may leave early if all expected are present
We advise against anyone wearing shorts as some of the trail is quite overgrown with nettles and brambles. Also bring poles if you use them as there are some uneven and quite muddy areas
Lunch will be a picnic within the grounds of Newtown church
