Hi Everyone
This is a great and really varied walk which I can't claim credit for - thank you Catherine Kelly.
Starting at Stokenchurch we will mainly follow the Chiltern Way to Bledlow Ridge taking in the typical Chiltern landscapes, valleys and hills(!) on our way to Bledlow via Rout's Green.
At Bledlow we will be able to relax at the oasis of Lyde Gardens before cracking on with the quite different second half of the walk where we will take in (if we are lucky) some vintage trains on the Chinnor and Princes Risborough Railway whilst trekking to Chinnor Quarry and then onto Crowellhill Wood, Kingston Wood and Hawking Wood.
This is dog friendly, but there are a number of fields with livestock (sheep/horses) so please bear this in mind.
There's also an approx 200m path which is quite overgrown with chest high nettles - so be warned and don't blame me.
Please bring a packed lunch.
