Overview

We will be exploring the Stiperstones NNR in this walk; taking in the sites rich history, geology and nature. The walk will include the sites highlights of Blakemoorgate Cottages (restored miners squat cottages that were inhabited up until the 1950s), views of the Shropshire countryside from the top of Green Hill and of course the ridge of the Stiperstones which includes the Devils Chair and Manstone ( the 2nd tallest point in Shropshire).

Dog's welcome, but must be kept on a lead at all times ( livestock on site)

Please wear walking boots as the site is quite rocky

No facilites on site , but if people are keen we can get refreshments from the Stiperstones Inn at the end of the walk
