Overview

We will enjoy pleasant views across the River Thames as we walk alongside it between Marlow and Bourne End. Then we cross it on a footbridge before traversing Cock Marsh and going up Winter Hill. Here we will stop for lunch as we enjoy beautiful scenery across the Chilterns.

We continue to Quarry Wood before crossing the historic Marlow Suspension Bridge, which first opened in 1832. We then pass through the grounds of the majestic All Saints Church, which dominates the local skyline, before the walk concludes and we’re back where we started.

Please bring packed lunch.

Please note that the car park is free, but can get busy, so please leave extra time in case you need to find a space on a nearby road.

Dogs welcome, but they are your responsibility.
