The London-based hiking group for people in their 20s - 30s.
Picking up where we left off at Kingston, we'll cross over the bridge and then walk along the north bank of the river past the historic Hampton Court Palace. We'll then cross to the south bank to go through Walton on Thames, before a short detour to a galaxy far far away as we pass Shepperton Studios - where the original 'Star Wars' trilogy was filmed, along with many other films and TV series. After this we follow the river round to the end at Chertsey. Pub at the end - everyone welcome to join.
Some of the footpaths may be muddy, please wear appropriate footwear. Please bring a packed lunch.
Travel: Please take the 10:14 from London Waterloo to Kingston upon Thames, arriving 10:59. This journey can be made with an Oyster card.
Return journey Chertsey to Waterloo will require a single ticket.
