Overview

Important note: Pre booking required by latest 7pm the day before. Contact earlier if you want a space in the pub. TEXT THE WALK LEADER ON NUMBER SHOWN - DO NOT USE EMAIL

Meet at Bishopsgate Road outside the Fox and Hounds pub. Parking is available on the verge on Ridgemead Road intersecting Crimp Hill and walk around to the Fox and Hounds. Come early for an optional breakfast in the pub if you like - bacon rolls and coffee etc... Otherwise meet outside the pub ready to start at 10.00. This is a classic circular walk in the Great Park, taking in the three equestrian statues, (and maybe a fourth !) with views along the way of Windsor Castle, maybe deer herds and red kite, tree lined avenues, lake, ponds and polo field. There is a short morning al-fresco tea break and lunch at a pub approximately two thirds of the way through the walk.
