Overview

A circular walk heading through ancient beech woods on the North side of the Nant-y-Caws valley to the moorlands of Mydydd Llanhilleth.  We walk one of the “Canyons” – old quarry workings then descend to Tirpentwys Nature Reserve. The final section of the walk is through Parc Wood and Tranch Wood to Branches Fork Nature Reserve.
