Overview

We start by walking through Castleford Town Centre. Then along the riverside to Ferry Fryston, crossing the river Calder via the railway footbridge into Fairburn Ings where we have lunch. Then returning to Castleford via the canal and confluence of the rivers AIRE and Calder. Stiles and overgrown paths may be encountered.
