Overview

Starting by the village duck pond, we soon join the Allan King Way and head South West towards Lower Upham, turning South East and then East towards Northbrook and Bishops Waltham. North East takes us to Street End and its famous bird seed farm, from where it's a straight line back to Upham.

This is a walk that starts in rolling countryside, descends to an area of flat terrains and big skies before climbing gently back up.

Recced on Saturday 17th Jan. Muddy with standing water in several places, but by no means the worst we  have ever coped with. The going was soggy and the walk felt further than it actually was. Fingers crossed for some dry-out time before Wednesday.

A  handful of stiles, one or two were a little dodgy.

Boots and gaiters or wellies recommended.
