A rare foray into the Forest of Dean for this group and an opportunity to join this classic walk from the interesting former river port of Newnham. We'll follow the River Severn to Bullo Pill, then ascend gradually to the spectacular Blaize Bailey viewpoint before descending back to Newnham. Mainly field paths and forest tracks.
Morning drinks stop & picnic lunch.

Free riverside car park off A48 at the northern end of Newnham. Travelling from Gloucester, turn left into Church Road, located just as the road bends right to enter Newnham, and the car park is immediately on the left.
