We are the Winchester Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Please join us for a 10 mile scenic walk over Watership Down. Moderate ascent up onto the Downs and steeper descent to Kingsclere. Beautiful views across the Countryside. We continue across to Eccinswell and up to Hanger Farm before descending and returning to start point.

Clearly marked paths, no stiles and moderate pace.
Poles not essential, but useful for steep descent.
Comfort breaks, morning coffee stop and please bring a picnic lunch.
Travelling North on A34 leave at Junction for Burghclere and Beacon Hill. Turn left and immediately left again into the Car Park for Beacon Hill.
