Overview

From the Shoulder of Mutton pub we head towards Wendover Woods and take a perimeter path towards Halton and back along the newly renovated canal.   Moderate pace, one long slope but no steep hills and no stiles.

Lunch is at the Shoulder of Mutton pub, those staying for lunch can park in the carpark at the BACK of the pub - follow ‘additional parking’ and go around the left of the white building to the large car park at the back.  Please Note: the carpark has Number Plate Recognition surveillance so you MUST register your car reg in the pub before we leave, the pub have asked that we do not arrive before 9.45am to ensure they have opened the pub as there is only a 20 minute leeway before parking fines are incurred.  I will not start the walk until all this is sorted out. I am not sure if we are preordering food or not.

Other parking nearby: Cricket club car park, village carpark, local roads.
