A Ramblers group with walks of about 4 - 6 miles. We explore the beautiful Kent countryside from within the Tonbridge and Malling area and, occasionally, further afield.

Starting from West Peckham Church we follow the Greensand Way through orchards to Roughway, pass Old Soar Manor, a National Trust property, on the way to the Wealdway and Hurst Wood, returning via Peckham Hurst. The walk is a mix of bridleways, footpaths, orchards and woods. The return is on quiet lanes.
One dog friendly stile. Dogs welcome on short leads. Some slopes, a couple fairly steep. Some parts can be muddy after rain so walking poles recommended. Bring refreshments for a half way break. The Swan on The Green is a good stopping place for those who want a drink or lunch after the walk.
Park in Church Road, unless you are eating at The Swan on the Green where pre-booking on 01622 812000 is recommended. .
