Overview

This is a mainly woodland walk taking in the Polesden Estate, Ranmore Common and then the the views from the North Downs Way.

We will stop for lunch in the picnic area at Steer's Field. There may in a coffee van in the car park, but please bring a picnic and snacks.

Dogs are welcome - there are two dog friendly stiles.

If travelling from Guildford, take the A246, then turn right into Green Lane, East Horsley, after 1/2 mile fork left into Crocknorth Road, after a mile, turn right at the crossroads with Crocknorth Road/Ranmore Common Road into Whitedown Lane. The carpark is on your right after a 1/4 mile
