The route starts in the Gloucester village of Dymock and follows most of The Daffodil Way, a circular walk among the wild daffodils surrounding Dymock and Kempley. We pass along woods, orchards, ponds, streams, meadows and fields. First we head west towards St Mary’s 13th century church with an interior filled with medieval wall paintings. Our direction now turns south leaving The Daffodil Way and rejoining it in the village of Kempley Green and Dymock Wood. A lane heads north-east to reveal a magnificent display of wild daffodils.
