Along lanes, eventually turning off onto field paths down to the River Holme to the south-west of Holmfirth. Then along main road to the Stumble Inn, a community owned pub. From here down to the river across a footbridge, then gently uphill through woods to reach a lane. Along the lane down to Holmfirth bus station, where the walk ends. Refreshments depending on time.
