Starting from Williton station we head towards Torre where we will have chance to participate in tea/coffee and cake in the Torre Cider Farm. Then onto Washford to pick up on the Mineral Line to the Historic Village and Harbour of Watchet, where we will spend some time enjoying the 1940s weekend which is held along the West Somerset Railway line. Heading now back towards Williton via Doniford/Doniford bay depending on tide times. This walk offers good views over the quantocks and the River Severn and plenty of chance to see a Steam/Diesel train. The terrain is a mixture of fields, roads, track and pebbled beach(if the tide is out). There are stiles and gates and a few hills which are reasonably easy going.
