Overview

The walk starts from Mam Nick and then heads off towards Windy Knoll, then Oxlow House, Bradwell Quarry, Bradwell, Hope, Castleton, Speedwell cavern, then up the spectacular Winnats pass back to our start point

There is a reasonably steep descent at the end of the walk
