A wander around The Ercall, The Wrekin, Wenlock Wood and Limekiln Wood. We might see late flowering bluebells and early wild garlic and there should be birdsong and woodland butterflies. Most paths are good woodland paths and tracks, some might be a bit narrow and overgrown and eroded in parts so if you have poles they could come in handy. This walk does not go to The Wrekin summits.
Bring a drink and a snack. Dogs with prior permission of the leader.
Meet and start from Ercall Wood Free Car Park, just other side of bridge over M54 on left if coming from Wellington, nearest location for sat navs, 37 Ercall Ln, Wellington, Telford TF1 2DY. NB Ercall Lane is one way only after the car park.
