Walsall Group of Ramblers has been around since 1992 and in that time we've introduced many people to the joys and benefits of walking with the Ramblers
From Hawkbatch we progress alongside Dowles Brook, turning off towards Button Bridge, Fasting Coppice and then back towards Button Oak and Hawkbatch. Joint walk with Sandwell Ramblers and Wolverhampton Ramblers.
We leave the meeting point in Walsall promptly at 08:45am. The start time is the time the actual walk is due to start.
Please arrive at the start at least 10 minutes before the advertised start time to allow a prompt start.
We regret we cannot allow dogs other than assistance dogs on weekend Walsall Group walks.
Walkers should check on www.sandwellramblers.org.uk that the walk has not been cancelled before leaving home.
If a member has a medical issue which may affect their participation on the walk, please advise the walk leader before the start of the walk. Please inform the back marker if a comfort stop is needed or if you are leaving the walk early.
Personal medication, e.g. asthma inhalers and angina sprays, must be carried by the walkers themselves.
All walkers should carry an ICE card or a contact number in case of emergency.
Booking is not necessary for this walk.
Walkers will need a packed lunch.

Car park opposite McDonald's, Daw End Lane, Rushall, Walsall.
Hawkbatch car park, off B4194 NW of Bewdley. Leave Walsall by M5, leave M5 at junction 3 and follow A456 to Kidderminster then through town (signed Leominster / Bewdley) to Safari Park. At island after Safari Park take 2nd exit (B4190 Bewdley) and after 1 mile turn R onto B4194. Pass Woodlands Caravan site on L and entrance to car park is on R about 0.4 mile further on.
