A circular walk of 5.5 miles starting st Sandhurst station heading out with a little road walking towards Darby Green before joining foot paths to Hill Farm riding stables (Horses are likely to be in these fields).
We then follow a circular route in heathland around Yateley Common and Yateley country park taking in Cricket Hill and Wynham Ponds.
The walk then heads through a residentail area for a 1/4 mile before following the River Blackwater back into Sandhurst.
Please bring something to drink and a snack.
We will not have a lunch stop on this walk.
Parking is available for free at Sandhurst Library which is located around 7 mins from the wlak start location. Postcode is GU47 9BL.
If taking the train please take the 10:48 train from Reading to Gatwick which arrives at Sandhurst at 11:06.
We will meet on the platform slope on the Reading bound platform. Please exit the station and head under the bridge to reach this location.
