We are the York Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
This is a circular walk from Huggate . Meet and Park in the village car Park
Meet at the car park (please bring £1 per car donation to maintenance costs, which will be collected by the leader)
Taking the road south we join the Minster Way heading east then north to Freshlands Farm.
Continuing north then West to Foxcovert Farm and Shortlands and Oxlands Dales on the Chalkland Way. Walking through Rabbit Dale to join the Yorkshire Wolds Way and returning to Huggate.
It will be muddy and cold, please come prepared for Winter walking.
