Overview

Join us on our Wellbeing Walks for an hour of gentle exercise, friendly company, and fresh air. Our walks are all about boosting your wellbeing, staying active, and enjoying the simple pleasure of good conversation along the way.

We explore some beautiful areas of Newton Abbot and Kingsteignton such as the peaceful Hackney Marshes, the riverside charm of Passage House, the woodland trails of Stover, and the beautiful lake at Decoy. Each route is relaxed and sociable, with plenty of time to chat, take in the scenery, and connect with others.

And of course, we finish with the best bit- a well-earned cuppa and maybe cake at a local café.

It’s a great way to keep moving, lift your mood, and make new friends.
