We are the East Cheshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Start: 10am from Barns Bridge Gate Car Park, off Ashton Road in Delamere Forest.
Parking is free, but the toilets shown on some maps do not exist. If the car park is full, there are parking bays along Ashton Road, also free.
Route: Pinewood Farm - Kingswood Lodge - then Delamere Way via Beacon Hill to the Memorial above Frodsham - returning on the Sandstone Trail. 11.5 miles, 900ft (Outdoor Active). Field paths, tracks and minor roads.
Moderate with muddy stretches. Bring lunch.
