Overview

Following the route of the butterfly trail along the west and east sides of the Stiperstones from the Bog to Blakemoorgate. Short diversion to Pennerley on the way out passing the species-rich meadows around village. Tracks, open hillside, moorland and excellent views. Some hilly sections with total ascent of approx. 300m. Walk does NOT include the rocky ridge past Manstone, Devil's Chair etc. Zone D.
