Overview

Shropshire Way Festival Walk

Booking Required with Leader

A moderate, undulating 6.5 mile/10.5km circular walk with great views from Lyth Hill, weather permitting. The walk is mostly on field footpaths, though there is some walking on quiet country lanes and it takes us along a good length of the Shropshire Way, through Great Lyth, Longden and Exford Green. Expect some stiles and some mud and there may possibly be some livestock, ie horses & cows in the fields. Total ascent 480ft/146m, though not all in one go!!

There will be one stop for coffee and one stop for lunch. Please bring your own refreshments.

The Leader will meet you at the start.

Sorry, only registered assistance dogs are allowed on the walk.
