A relatively level, moderate circular walk, mostly on field footpaths with some walking on quiet country lanes. The walk takes us through the green countryside south of Nant Wood, with its undulating meadows and areas of woodland. We also pass through a small section of the beautiful grounds of Bronwylfa Hall and we should get great views of the Cheshire Plains, weather permitting.
There are quite a lot of stiles, some of which are quite challenging and expect some mud after rain. There were well mannered cows in a couple of the fields on the day of the recce.
There will be an early stop for coffee overlooking the River Clywedog and a second stop for lunch.
Please bring your own refreshments.
