Based in the Scottish Borders, Eildon Ramblers is a friendlywalking group for people of all ages. We offer year-round walks to suit avariety of tastes.
We will leave the square and walk through Nutwood car park onto the High Road to the junction at the by pass . Turn right along the “ new “ path towards the old station. Continue along the black path to Darnick and then into “ Shunters Wud “ .
We will stop at the “ shelter “ for our mince pies ( which will be provided ) . Bring a hot drink .
After partaking of our festive fayre we will leave the community woodland and into Darnick , past the community garden , High Cross Avenue back to the square.
When registering please advise of any dietary requirements.
Circular walk, grade D, leisurely. Hiking boots and poles are optional.
