This is a figure of 8 walk in the New Forest starting from the Crown Stirrup pub just outside Lyndhurst. The morning walk is just under 5 miles and mainly along gravel paths with a few short stretches on paths which may be rather boggy because of all the rain we have had. The afternoon walk is on the other side of the road and is approximately 2.5 miles. There are no stiles and the walking is generally flat.
