Overview

We begin by climbing steadily through woodland & forestry on a good path followed by a descent on an eroded & sometimes wet track through forestry & fields to a minor road. After 1/2 mile we turn off on Glyndwr's way along a high moorland ridge. A steepish descent is followed by fields & woodland back to the Abbey.
