We are the Brighton and Hove Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
A circular walk from Amberley village to Bignor via the South Downs Way. Picnic in the grounds of Bignor Roman villa. Afterwards, on to Bury along the river Arun back past the castle into picturesque Amberley village. Opportunity for stop in tea shop or pub in Amberley at the end.
Cars required (as Amberley railway station is a mile away from Amberly village).
If you can, please RSVP to this walk via our Meetup site. This will give the walk leader a rough idea of how many people may be attending. If you are a paid up member of the Ramblers organisation, you can ignore any waitlist you may find yourself on.
We don't ask you to pay to join us on your first three walks. Afterwards, in order to continue walking with our group, you must become a paid-up member of the Ramblers.
