Start Beadon Rd onto Beadon Lane, lower coast path at North Sands, South Sands, Starehole Cove, Bolt Head returning the higher path along Fir Wood, down to Overbeck's, Sharpitor, Hanger Mill.
Mostly circular with a short repeat in the middle. Spectacular views of the estuary and coastline. Two beaches, walking both lower and upper coast paths. I have kept this to a SHORT walk of under 6 miles at leisurely pace so we can tackle a few up and downs. Bring your National Trust card so you can pop into Overbeck's Garden for the extra views, there is coffee shop here outside the house. Lunch at South Sands. Good weather predicted so a quick swim can be accommodated at lunch.
