Overview

From the Quay uphill to the House. Then woods and fields to Newton and through to Comfort Woods. Then to Metherell, Norris Green and downhill to Danescombe. Return through Danescombe Valley and back to Cotehele Quay.

Some ups and downs and likely to be muddy in places.
