Overview

Catching the 10.24 Gunnislake train from Plymouth Station(10.27 Devonport etc) to Bere Ferrers where the walk begins. Through fields, woods, and  lanes admiring the Daffodils on the banks and walls along the way and down towards the River Tavy . There and back detour to Lopwell Dam for picnic lunch and exploring before following the waterside from Gnatham Quay back to Bere Quay via the playground and the Old Plough Inn . A walk back up through the village to look around  the old station before catching the train back to Plymouth @13.40 or 15.40 depending on weather and how much time we spend in the pub!
