Overview

This walk takes in stretches of the Herefordshire Trail along woodland paths and open farmland as well as some road walking along quiet country lanes. The first loop takes us up and over to Kinsham and is just under 7 miles. On return to Lingen we will head in the opposite direction uphill to Harley’s Mountain. This will add on a further 3 miles and 600 ft of ascent. Expect mud. There is one potentially slippery slope and footbridge. Views and terrain will be varied and lovely, even in cloudy weather. Unfortunately the pub in Lingen doesn’t open until 4pm.
