A walk through the beautiful Frome Valley, passing through quite country hamlets, pastureland and ancient hopyards. The smallest of Herefordshire’ rivers, the River Frome quietly makes its way from its source just outside Bromyard down to join the River Lugg near Hereford. We will pay a visit to The Church of Saint Giles at Acton Beauchamp with its 9th Century Anglo-Saxon cross-shaft.
There are 16 stiles, one steep but short descend and plenty of mud.
